2019 Pitch Competition

On 22 October 2019, the Anzisha Prize hosted the Anzisha Prize Pitch Competition, where 20 of Africa's very youngest and brightest entrepreneurs, competed for over $100,000 in funding.

The Anzisha Prize Awards Gala are an annual African Leadership Academy ceremony hosted in collaboration with The MasterCard Foundation and the African Leadership Academy to recognize and celebrate excellence in youth entrepreneurship across Africa as assessed by a panel of influential judges from across the continent and the Anzisha Prize Team. The various category winners are awarded statuettes, with the top 3 Grand Prize Winners also being awarded a copy cheque of the monetary value they have won.
